Cancellation Policy
Bungee Fitness Cancellation & No-Show Policy Waiver At Get Fit Together, we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy and no late arrivals beyond 5 minutes to ensure the best experience for all participants. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time with no penalty, and the class credit will be available for you to rebook. Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before class time will result in forfeiting the class credit or drop-in fee. Late Arrival Policy Participants must arrive on time to allow for proper harness setup and safety instructions. No participants will be allowed to join after 5 minutes past the scheduled start time, as this disrupts the class and impacts safety. Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will be considered a no-show and charged a $10 no-show fee. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and result in a $10 no-show fee charged to the payment method on file. Exceptions & Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected situations arise, but no exceptions will be made to this policy due to the limited class capacity and required equipment setup.
